Recently the shareholders of Quest Oil, Inc., a publicly trading oil company looking for new opportunities, and the owners of Skycom Mobile come to an agreement to join forces. Quest Oil is shifting to mobile telecom and provides Skycom the funding for the development and launch of its unique independent mobile services based on the patented switchboard technology of  iPass, Inc.
